Most web agencies sell you a website. We do not. We sell a business generation tool that happens to look like a website. Your site should produce qualified leads, rank in search, and get cited by AI models when your buyers ask for recommendations. If it does not do those things, it is a brochure with a domain name, and you should not pay a subscription for it.
This page exists because a subscription model only works if both sides know what they are signing up for. Read it before we speak. If any of it makes you uncomfortable, we are probably not the right partner, and that is fine. Better to know now.
B2B companies selling considered purchases. Sales cycles longer than a week. Buyers who research before they buy. Deal values where one extra qualified lead a month covers the subscription many times over.
Founders and commercial leaders who think of the website as a revenue channel, not a vanity project. You already know what your buyers search for, roughly who your competitors are, and what a good lead looks like. You want a team that will build the engine and run it, not a creative studio that wants to workshop your purpose statement for six weeks.
If several of the statements below describe how you think about your website, we will not be a fit. Please do not take it personally. We have built websites since 1998 and the single biggest predictor of a bad outcome is a mismatch at the start.
We build sites that are clean, fast, accessible, and on brand. We do not build art pieces. We will not spend three weeks iterating on a hero image. If the words "award winning design" are the top line of your brief, you want an agency rather than Fortitude Media.
We make the technical and structural decisions. Stack, hosting, schema, internal linking, page templates, publishing workflow. You control the message, the offer, and the voice. If you want to approve CSS, we are not the right partner.
SEO and AI visibility are not add ons. They shape the site architecture, the page templates, and the content cadence from day one. If you want a site first and "do SEO later," the site will be rebuilt a year from now. Budget accordingly or go elsewhere.
A website without fresh, authoritative content does not rank, does not earn citations, and does not hold its position. Our subscription includes an ongoing content engine because that is what makes the site work. If you want a one off build with no content commitment, buy a template and hire a freelancer.
We adhere to brand guidelines. We will not reopen them. If your brand book is unfinished, finish that work first. Website production is not the right place to resolve brand strategy debates.
We require one named point of contact on your side with authority to approve copy, sign off on wireframes, and close out review rounds. Committees of five marketing stakeholders with veto rights will grind any build to a halt. If you cannot name that person in writing before we start, we will pause the project until you can.
Feedback is batched, written, and scheduled. There are two formal review windows during the build and monthly review points in maintenance. Running commentary across email, Slack, and phone calls is the single most reliable way to blow a timeline and erode margin. We work on batched review cycles instead.
We sell outcomes on a fixed monthly fee, not hours. You get defined deliverables, a content cadence, technical maintenance, and quarterly reviews. If your procurement process requires a timesheet, we are not set up for that.
We measure success in pipeline influence, organic traffic growth, AI citation tracking, and lead volume. If those metrics are uninteresting to you, the subscription will feel expensive. If they are the point, it is the cheapest senior digital team you will ever hire.
The subscription is designed to compound. AI citation and organic authority take weeks to begin moving and months to hold their ground. You can cancel anytime with two months notice from day one, and everything we have built stays with you. What we cannot do is guarantee meaningful movement inside thirty days. If that is your horizon, a project brief and a freelance content writer will serve you better.
These are the non negotiables that make the subscription viable for both of us. They are boring but they are load bearing.
You can cancel at any time, including in month one. Notice is two months from the day you give it. During those two months we complete the work already in progress so nothing is abandoned mid flight. After cancellation, everything we have built for you stays with you. The website, the content library, the placement archive, the domain, the data. Nothing is held hostage, nothing is clawed back.
We do not ask for a minimum term contract. The subscription is structured this way because we believe we will earn the next month every month. If we stop earning it, you leave. That is the arrangement.
So that none of the above sounds like a list of things you cannot have, here is what is actually in the box.
If the way we work sounds like a relief rather than an annoyance, the next step is the free AI Visibility Audit. Five working days, no obligation, delivered as a written report with a ninety day improvement plan.
If you would rather talk before requesting the audit, book fifteen minutes with Ross. No sales pressure. If we decide we are not the right partner for you, we will happily refer you to an agency better suited to the model you want.
