1.What is a cookie.
A cookie is a small text file that a website places on your device when you visit. It can store information that helps the site recognise you on a return visit, remember preferences, or measure how the site is used. We also use similar technologies including local storage, session storage, and pixels. For simplicity, we refer to all of them as cookies in this policy.
2.Our consent model.
When you arrive on fortitudemedia.ai for the first time, a cookie banner appears at the bottom of the screen. It explains the cookie categories we use and asks for your consent. The choices are:
- Accept all: turns on all categories of cookies.
- Reject all (non essential): turns off everything except strictly necessary cookies.
- Manage preferences: lets you turn each non essential category on or off individually.
Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent because the site cannot function without them. Every other category is off by default until you actively opt in. We do not pre tick consent boxes and we do not interpret continued use of the site as implied consent.

4.Embedded content.
Some pages may include embedded content from third parties (for example a YouTube video, a LinkedIn post, or a calendar booking widget). When you interact with that content, the third party may set its own cookies. Those cookies are governed by the third party's privacy and cookie policies. We do not load embedded content from advertising or social platforms by default. Where embedded content is present, we will tell you and ask for consent before loading.
5.How long cookies last.
Cookies are either session cookies (deleted when you close the browser) or persistent cookies (stored for a defined period). The lifespan of each cookie is shown in section 3. You can clear cookies at any time using your browser settings.
6.Changing or withdrawing consent.
You can change your cookie preferences at any time:
- Click at the top of this page or in the website footer to reopen the consent banner.
- Use your browser settings to block or delete cookies. Most browsers let you do this for all sites or for specific sites. Note that if you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the site may not work.
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing we did while consent was in place.
7.Sub processors.
The third parties whose cookies appear on this site are listed in section 3 above. They are also referenced in our Privacy Policy as sub processors. Each one has its own privacy and cookie practices, available on its website.
8.Updates to this policy.
If we add a new cookie or change how we use existing cookies, we will update this page and (where required) re prompt you for consent. The effective date at the top of this document shows when it was last changed.
